DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement has been prepared within the scope of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding appointment service requests made through the SkiHub mobile application.

1. Parties

Buyer: The user conducting transactions through the SkiHub application

Intermediary Service Provider: SkiHub

Seller / Service Provider: Ski rental shop or instructor

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement regulates the distance sales conditions related to equipment rental/or training services requested by the Buyer third parties through SkiHub.

3. Nature of the Service

The purchased service is:

  • Planned for a specific date time
  • Organized specifically for the individual user

4. Intermediary Status

SkiHub is not the seller or direct service provider. It operates solely as an intermediary in payment, appointment, information processes.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Since the service is to be performed on a specific date, it may fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal under applicable legislation. Details are specified in the “Cancellation Refund Terms” section.
