SERVICE AGREEMENT

This agreement regulates the terms regarding the provision of services between the user who creates an appointment through the SkiHub platform the relevant ski rental shop or instructor.

1. Deion of the Service

The service consists of equipment rental/or ski instruction services.

2. Provision of the Service

The service shall be provided:

  • On the specified date, time, conditions
  • Under the responsibility of the service provider

3. Responsibility

SkiHub shall not be held responsible for incomplete, incorrect, or non-provided services. In such matters, the direct counterpart is the service provider.

4. Disputes

In disputes arising the service, the user the service provider shall be the direct parties involved.
