CANCELLATION REFUND TERMS

1. Cancellation

The user may cancel the appointment they have created before the service time. The cancellation period conditions are determined by the relevant ski rental shop or instructor.

2. Refund

In cases where the service is not provided at all, refund conditions shall be evaluated by the service provider.

Refunds may not be available for personalized services planned for a specific date time.

3. Role of SkiHub

SkiHub acts as an intermediary in cancellation refund processes. The final decision belongs to the service provider.
