A regional leader develops the local network and works with the SkiHub team. Instructors, ski school managers, rental operators and people with tourism experience can apply.
Develop partnerships
Build relationships with hotels, travel agencies and local businesses. Agree on the scope of each partnership with the SkiHub team.
Share your region’s needs
Tell the SkiHub team what guests and service providers need. Help resolve issues with applications and day-to-day operations.

More suitable lesson opportunities through AI Match
AI Match is SkiHub’s system for matching guests with suitable instructors. The planned benefit gives leaders with verified teaching eligibility limited priority among similarly suitable instructors. Written terms and feature activation are required.
Performance-based additional earnings
You can earn a share of SkiHub’s net revenue from completed bookings by the instructors or businesses you introduce and SkiHub verifies. Your share, how your contribution is tracked and payment terms are agreed in writing before the role begins.
Represent SkiHub in your region
Once your leadership is approved, help develop the local network and partnerships. Your responsibilities, targets and authority to represent SkiHub are defined in a written agreement.
Applying does not activate the benefits. The role, the scope of each benefit and its activation conditions are agreed in writing. A specific number of lessons or level of income is not guaranteed.

Do I need to be an instructor or currently work at a ski resort?
No. You can also apply with experience in ski school management, equipment rental, tourism or regional operations. Tell us about your past experience and the local relationships you could develop. If you also want to teach, your qualifications and permission to work at the venue are checked separately.
Is regional leadership different from teaching?
Yes. A regional leader develops the local network, partnerships and coordination with SkiHub. Teaching ski or snowboard lessons is a separate role and requires its own eligibility checks.
Where do we start?
We start in the region you propose and we agree on together. It can differ from where you currently live. We set initial targets based on local needs and eligible partners.
Will I have exclusive authority in a region?
Applying does not grant exclusive rights or authority to represent SkiHub. The scope of representation and any exclusive regional rights are defined in a written agreement.
Will I rank first in every AI Match request?
No. AI Match is SkiHub’s system for matching guests with suitable instructors. The planned benefit gives leaders with verified teaching eligibility limited priority among similarly suitable instructors. Venue permission, sport, language, student level, availability and service quality requirements still apply. Leadership does not guarantee first place or a lesson.
How are additional earnings calculated?
Additional earnings are based on SkiHub’s net revenue from completed bookings by the instructors or businesses you introduce and SkiHub verifies. How net revenue is calculated, your share, qualifying contributions and payment terms are agreed in writing before the role begins. Growth Partner is SkiHub’s referral earnings programme; the same contribution cannot earn a reward under both programmes. A fixed income is not guaranteed.
When do the benefits begin?
Submitting an application does not activate the benefits. Your leadership must first be approved, and the role and benefit terms agreed in writing. AI Match priority and additional earnings begin when the relevant features are available and the agreed conditions are met.
Who does priority support connect me with?
It connects you with the SkiHub team for help with applications, partnerships and day-to-day operations. It does not change the communication process between guests and instructors.
Do I need to upload documents?
No documents are uploaded at this stage. If needed during review, we explain in writing which documents are required and how to share them securely.
