Membership agreement

MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT
This Membership Agreement has been prepared between SkiHub the user (“Member”) who registers to the SkiHub mobile application in order to determine the terms conditions of use of the application.

1. Membership
In order to become a member of SkiHub, the user must provide their full name, email address, phone number accurately completely. The Member is personally responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

2. Scope of the Service
SkiHub is an intermediary platform that connects users with:

Equipment rental providers operating in ski resorts

Independent or corporate ski instructors

SkiHub does not directly provide equipment rental or ski instruction services.

3. Obligations of the Member
The Member agrees that they will:

Use the application in compliance with the law general moral principles

Not engage in misleading or abusive activities

Create appointments requests by their own free will

4. Responsibility of SkiHub
SkiHub is not a direct party to the services provided through the platform. The ution, quality, content, continuity of the service are the responsibility of the relevant ski rental provider or instructor.

5. Termination of Membership
The Member may terminate their membership at any time. SkiHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships in cases of violation of the terms of use.

My personal data may only be shared to the extent required for the provision of services only with the relevant ski rental shop or instructor. Apart this, it will not be transferred to third parties.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, I acknowledge that I have the right to:

Learn whether it is used in accordance with its purpose

Request the deletion or correction of my personal data
