Privacy Notice on the Processing of Job Applicants' Personal Data At SkiHub, we care about protecting the personal data you provide with your job application. Your first and last name, telephone number, email address, CV, education, professional experience, skills, certificates, language abilities, references and other information you include in your CV are processed to assess your application, determine your suitability for a position, contact you and conduct recruitment processes. Your personal data is collected electronically through the website's application form, CV upload field and email channels. Your data is processed on the legal grounds of compliance with legal obligations, establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and the data controller's legitimate interests under Article 5 of Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Consideration within the candidate pool for suitable future positions is based on the separate explicit consent you provide. For recruitment purposes, your data may be shared with authorised SkiHub personnel, service providers supporting human resources, and information technology and hosting service providers, subject to appropriate security measures. It may also be disclosed to legally authorised public institutions and organisations upon their lawful requests. Applications for a specific position are retained for 1 year after the recruitment process is completed. If you provide separate explicit consent, your application information is retained in the candidate pool for 2 years for consideration for future positions. The 2-year candidate-pool period starts on the application date when you provide that separate consent. Joining the candidate pool is not a condition of applying; you may withdraw this consent through info@skihub.com.tr. At the end of the applicable periods, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data has been processed; request information if it has; learn the purpose of processing and whether it has been used for that purpose; know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction under the conditions provided by the Law; request notification of correction or deletion to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred; object to a result against you arising from analysis of your data exclusively through automated systems; and seek compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
